Founded in 2021 by co-founders Gabriel Perez and Edgar Vigo, CHICANO is dedicated to delivering authentic Mexican cuisine in Hong Kong. Our menu features traditional recipes passed down through generations, representing various regions of Mexico. From street-style tacos to moles, birria, and other classic dishes, we offer a true taste of Mexican culinary heritage.
Every dish is crafted by hand from scratch, using only the finest ingredients to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.
